A continuous and efficient environment must focus on the stability and continuity of related equipment.


Ⅰ. Is the application of high temperature casing important?


In a high-temperature working environment, isolation and reduction of temperature diffusion are issues that every manager should consider. Taking high-temperature casing as an example, we can understand the thermal insulation mechanism of related protection equipment. The glass fiber is used as the base material, and the imported high-quality silicone rubber is used as the waterproof and dustproof layer on the surface, which can be applied to the protection of many metallurgical pipelines.


The protection purpose of the high temperature sleeve is mainly to protect the cables, pipes, hoses and other equipment on various mechanical equipment. It can effectively block the splash of high temperature melt and the baking of high temperature environment, and has good high temperature resistance and flame retardant performance, to ensure safe and effective protection. The high-temperature casing has good protective performance and can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment of 650°C to protect the pipeline equipment from being damaged by the high temperature environment. When the instantaneous temperature reaches 1650°C, it can also temporarily protect the pipeline equipment.


The high temperature casing also has a thick glass fiber layer, which has excellent industrial thermal insulation and can be installed online on site. According to the needs of the working conditions, there can be casings of any diameter, and there are also split types that do not need to disassemble the pipeline. Fire-resistant and flame-retardant hook-and-loop fasteners are used at the split, which can be adjusted according to the size of the pipeline, so as to ensure the tightness of the casing protection and the integrity of the structure.


Ⅱ. Application of high temperature casing at high temperature


1. The high temperature bushing is a cable insulation protection sleeve for high temperature places such as steel plants, smelters, glass factories, fire equipment, and large transformer places.


2. High temperature casing is suitable for high temperature areas in electric power, chemical industry and other industries; metallurgical enterprises heating area cables, fluid pipelines, feed quick-change joints, rolling area roller tables, rolling mill cables, oil pipes; sawing peripheral cables, oil pipes and connectors; ladle car cable coating, etc.


3. Using high temperature casing, it can provide reliable protection at 650℃, prevent heat waves, and can withstand the impact of high temperature molten steel of ≤1100℃ in a short time.
